Meaningful direction

We choose meaning over being busy.

We only do what clearly matters.

If there is no real “why” and no clear “for whom”, it’s noise.

2. Effectiveness through focus

We dare to choose – and therefore also to stop.

Fewer goals, fewer initiatives, more impact.

Activity without effect is just another type of noise.

3. Practical is the norm

An idea is only valuable if it can live in reality, soon.

We prefer concrete steps, clear agreements and visible outcomes,

rather than abstract models, long decks and endless discussions.

4. Radical simplicity is respect

Complexity is often a way to hide confusion or power.

We make things simple enough for people to understand and act on.

That is not dumbing down – it is a form of respect.

5. Clear language, clear relations

We choose clear words, clear expectations and clear decisions.

We do not hide uncertainty, politics or power behind complex words.

Clear words build trust and responsibility.

About this manifesto

Fuzz Free is not a method, framework or trademarked model.
It is a way of looking at work, decisions and collaboration.

From noise back to essence.

This manifesto is free of methods and models.
It does not tell you which tools, practices or frameworks to use.

It only offers a standard to judge them by:

Is this meaningful?

Is this practical?

Is this effective?

You are free to use and share this manifesto in your own context.

Use it to test your projects, your meetings, your reports – and even your own role.

If you say you work Fuzz Free, this is what you are accountable to!

If you need help removing fuzz in your organisation,
I’m happy to join the conversation!

The need for a Fuzz Free Manifesto.
